All payments are due in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made through the payment methods accepted on our platform. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which will be charged as per prevailing rates.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified before any automatic renewal.
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Gurukul and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any Content you upload to the Services. By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such Content solely for providing the Services to you.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gurukul and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services and any data associated with your Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other Users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
